Programs and Resources for the Entrepreneurs and Professional Women of the Black Women In Business Community
Thought-leaders and accomplished practitioners share their experience and knowledge in a conversational format. Topics focus on leadership and business issues relevant to Black women. Held over dinner or lunch, these sessions allow for connecting with other women leaders, business owners and the speakers.
BWIB Business Acumen Institute
The Business Acumen Institute courses are designed to be highly interactive working sessions. Participants will leave with new knowledge, skills or awareness to help them as business owners and/or organizational leaders. There is an entrepreneur track and an organizational leader track. Courses and workshops can also be customized for the needs of an individual organization.
This is a limited seating session with our most intriguing speakers and session leaders—there are only 4 seats available in the Prestige Circle. Participants can have a conversation, get perspectives and advice from these thought leaders in a small group setting to allow for robust conversation. Members have advanced seating opportunity.
Speakers and workshop facilitators are top leaders from this area and beyond. Sessions are focused on building entrepreneurial and organizational leadership skills, as well as personal development. An Honors Event is held during this conference to recognize the achievements of Black Women business leaders.
These are receptions designed with networking in mind. . . no speaker, no program, only conversation among Black women professionals.
This resource can help you create a strategy for your small business that can set you on a path to growth.
